Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic activities that are essential to the treatment and recovery of our clients:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct supportive and interactive group sessions where clients feel safe to share experiences, learn from peers, and connect.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions focusing on individual client concerns, utilizing empathetic listening and advanced therapeutic techniques.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress through designed assessment tools, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are undergoing our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues stemming from life transitions. You will play a vital role in their journey toward recovery, helping them navigate their unique challenges with compassion and clinical expertise.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
