Key Responsibilities\n

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, with ongoing adjustments based on client progress.

• Participate actively in all accreditation and licensing processes, contributing to the clinic's reputation for excellence in care.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to navigate resources for clients and enhance program visibility.

• Create and maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and community partners to align with contract requirements and uphold our organization’s mission.

• Engage in networking with local, state, and private agencies to foster partnerships and identify new funding opportunities to further our community impact.

• Seek continuous professional development by attending conferences, participating in training programs, and representing the organization in various contexts.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic functions.
