Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver individualized, family-oriented, and group therapy sessions, developing tailored interventions that respect clients' unique backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include measurable goals, intervention strategies, and methods for progress evaluation.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic and effective care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including performing risk assessments, creating safety plans, and ensuring immediate support for at-risk clients.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate connections with appropriate community resources, while providing essential case management support.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma associated with seeking care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
