Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, utilizing interviews and standardized tools to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals to drive client progress, regularly evaluating and revising plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure client welfare during vulnerable moments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and client-centered care.

• Document client progress meticulously and timely following ethical, legal, and organizational standards to promote transparency and accountability.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience by fostering community and support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
