Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify areas for intervention.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, collaboratively engaging clients in the planning process.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that foster understanding, improve communication, and resolve conflicts within relationships.
\n
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans in accordance with clients' evolving needs and progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to coordinate holistic care for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of current research, techniques, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Champion clients' rights and empower them to actively participate in their treatment decisions.
\n
• Advocate for supplementary resources and services that may benefit clients’ well-being.

• Successfully deliver therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and rapport in the virtual space.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include children, adolescents, adults, and couples from various backgrounds and experiences. At Aspire, we serve clients facing challenges ranging from relationship issues and family conflicts to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will not only focus on therapy but on empowering each client to achieve their personal and relational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and/or couples therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively complete client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
