Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining clear and effective communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure collaborative care and monitor each client's progress.

• Providing a structured schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to support client care.
\n
• Coordinating home visits that include direct observations, data analysis, and staff interviews to evaluate treatment effectiveness.

• Overseeing the implementation of individualized program plans ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
\n
• Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adaptations as necessary.

• Documenting progress with detailed monthly and quarterly notes that capture treatment milestones and adjust strategies when needed.

• Organizing training sessions for staff to ensure competence in implementing treatment plans and maintaining documentation standards.

• Following up with clients through interviews and home visits to provide ongoing support.
\n
• Maintaining organized records to ensure timely access to important information for all relevant parties.

• Acting as a liaison to build relationships within the community and improve knowledge of available mental health resources.

• Contributing to the development of training materials that enhance program effectiveness for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a variety of clients, including individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Your expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or related fields will be instrumental in providing clients with robust, evidence-based support tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health, ensuring compliance and the best care for clients.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment. Experience in an outpatient setting is also advantageous as we seek individuals who are adaptable and knowledgeable in providing clinical care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
