Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a passionate team of imaging professionals committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Utilizing cutting-edge ultrasound technology, you will perform crucial diagnostic procedures in collaboration with an enthusiastic team of healthcare providers, ensuring patients receive timely and accurate imaging that aids in their treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear explanations at every step
• Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare teams to deliver superior diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment and promptly report any technical issues
• Record procedures accurately and keep patient records updated in the electronic medical system
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging practices and techniques

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related area
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Licensure & Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
