About the Role

We are inviting talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologists to join our expanding group of imaging specialists dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. You will have the opportunity to utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technology while working collaboratively with an experienced team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that each patient receives accurate, timely imaging results.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound studies, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, explaining procedures with compassion and clarity
• Work in coordination with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain the ultrasound equipment, addressing any malfunctions swiftly
• Document imaging procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated with advancements in sonogram techniques and industry best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program are preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is advantageous
