Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create an inclusive and holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention and virtual support to families in acute distress, facilitating immediate assistance and conflict resolution through online communication.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to develop customized therapeutic plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.

• Lead individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, and Behavioral Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families grappling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, with a focus on individual and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
