Emotional Restoration Counseling Services is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques tailored to their specific challenges and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress during therapy sessions, making adjustments to treatment approaches as needed based on evidential outcomes and client feedback.
• Conduct thorough mental health screenings and assessments to accurately identify treatment needs and establish therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to foster a cohesive treatment plan that addresses the comprehensive health of each client.
• Document all therapy sessions and interventions in adherence to legal and regulatory standards while ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary population you will serve includes clients who are experiencing symptoms related to mild traumatic brain injuries, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this position.
• An active and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and methodologies.
• Proven skills in working with patients experiencing mild traumatic brain injuries, showcasing a nuanced understanding of their needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
