Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic care in line with best practice standards and established clinic protocols, under appropriate physician supervision when necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Manage casework through diligent tracking, appropriate triaging, and efficient referrals while ensuring clear communication with patients, their families, and collaborating providers.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals regarding client treatment plans to foster integrated care.
\n
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately through electronic medical records systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to remain current with advances in mental health practices and clinic policies.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent need of mental health resources and assistance.
\n
• Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor to foster clinic operations and enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, who are experiencing varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy, enhancing mental wellness through personalized care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Exceptional ability to identify and adapt to changes in applicable policies, regulations, and procedures that affect patient care.

• Solid proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and telehealth technology to manage documentation and client interactions.

• Demonstrated skills in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions across diverse populations, with a focus on therapy modalities for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
