Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with DSM V standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with established practice guidelines, ensuring each client's specific needs are met.

• Execute various therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and brief therapy during counseling sessions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, to create an integrated treatment approach that results in optimal client outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based care through regular live video sessions, focusing on adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our innovative therapist portal to support efficient practice management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults who face diverse emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license to practice as a mental health therapist in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required. Holding licenses in multiple states is a significant advantage.
