Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations, to formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that services are tailored to each client’s context.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create an integrated care approach that promotes holistic healing for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in alignment with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
