Program Manager, Healthcare Professionals

Serve as Dairy MAX's dedicated relationship manager for healthcare professional organizations, key opinion leaders, and next-generation HCP programs Build and steward strategic nutrition partnerships across clinical, academic, and community health settings Manage nutrition partnerships with HCP key opinion leaders, influential amplifiers, and regional HCP organizations Lead and grow food-as-medicine program partnerships and scale them to additional universities Build and manage relationships with medical schools, dietetic internships, and other academic pipelines Identify, cultivate, and manage HCP key opinion leaders and organization leaders as credible dairy-health advocates Monitor partnership programs and review content for scientific accuracy and alignment with Dairy MAX nutrition messaging standards Ensure nutrition claims and messaging meet regulatory and scientific standards Create educational opportunities through conferences, events, and sponsorships Integrate HCP and academic messaging across consumer, media, and stakeholder channels Collaborate cross-functionally, providing evidence-based nutrition expertise aligned with regulatory standards Represent Dairy MAX in federation task forces and committees on health and wellness topics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field — Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in dietetics or related fields — Required Registered dietitian nutritionist — Required Membership in and leadership history within professional organizations, such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics — Preferred Experience working within or alongside university, academic medical, or clinical settings — Preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing strategic nutrition partnerships and building relationships with healthcare professionals and academic institutions.
