Polaris Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team remotely. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 , reflecting our commitment to attract top talent in the mental health field. The LPC will work five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing crucial therapeutic support to clients in a supportive outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, arrange upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client using various electronic systems, ensuring a comprehensive overview of their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. You'll play a crucial part in enhancing their well-being through tailored treatment and counseling techniques, which may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and other evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families, particularly in an outpatient environment.

• Familiarity with multi-disciplinary approaches to mental health care.
