Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies that are adapted to suit the unique psychological needs and preferences of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to define clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress to adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients, ensuring they receive consistent support, whether they prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person care.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and safeguard client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth therapy, specifically to adolescents and young adults.

• Proficiency with technology, including the Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs), to facilitate efficient service delivery.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and maintain professional documentation.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients.

• Have experience in employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for at least 2-3 years.

• Ability to work autonomously from home with a reliable internet connection and a confidential space to ensure patient privacy.
