The Opportunity

The Scientific Product Marketing Associate is an entry-level opportunity for a scientifically trained professional interested in building a career in product marketing and product management. The individual will apply their scientific knowledge while learning how customer needs, market insights, and product capabilities are translated into effective product positioning, technical content, launch materials, sales tools, and other commercial resources. Working closely with experienced scientific and commercial colleagues, the Associate will develop expertise in Kyfora Bio's technologies, customers, and markets while gaining hands-on experience with product launches, competitive intelligence, portfolio support, and other aspects of product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product databases, specifications, pricing, and portfolio information to ensure accuracy across internal systems and customer-facing materials, including the website, ERP system, and marketing collateral.
• Contribute to the development of scientific and technical content, including white papers, posters, presentations, application materials, brochures, protocols, product guides, training resources, and FAQs.
• Translate scientific and product information into engaging content for social media, email campaigns, third-party marketing initiatives, and other external communications that educate customers and highlight Kyfora Bio technologies.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including product updates, portfolio maintenance, product data management, and related cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer insights, and summarize findings to help inform product strategy and positioning.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities by assisting with launch planning, sales enablement materials, promotional content, and internal communications.
• Support digital and traditional marketing activities, including product page updates, search engine optimization, and content maintenance.
• Help prepare for conferences, webinars, and other customer-facing activities, including promotional materials and event logistics.
• Collaborate with scientific, commercial, and other cross-functional colleagues on product management and product marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, bioengineering, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• One to three years of relevant experience in biotechnology, life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, scientific communications, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize and translate technical information into clear customer-facing and commercial materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market, customer, or sales information and translate findings into useful insights.
• Creativity and an interest in developing clear, engaging scientific messaging.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Laboratory or research experience involving cell culture, molecular biology, transfection, nucleic acid delivery, drug delivery, or related life sciences applications.
• Familiarity with cell and gene therapy, viral vector production, lipid nanoparticles, bioprocessing, or biopharmaceutical research.
• Experience creating scientific content, presentations, posters, application materials, or customer-facing technical communications.
• Exposure to product marketing, product management, competitive research, search engine optimization, or digital content development.

Location and Travel

This is a full-time, onsite position in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Working onsite provides regular access to Kyfora Bio's scientific and commercial teams and supports the hands-on collaboration and learning central to this developmental role.

Approximately 5% to 10% travel is expected for conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
