Director, Digital Brand Marketing & AI strategy

Director role leading digital brand marketing and AI strategy at a global life sciences company. Responsible for translating brand strategy into high-performing digital experiences across channels while embedding AI into content creation, distribution, and optimization at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital strategy and execution across corporate website, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, and content platforms
• Embed AI capabilities into brand marketing through content creation, personalization, and machine learning optimization
• Develop and execute integrated global digital content and storytelling funnel aligned with corporate and business unit strategy
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance, using Danaher Business System discipline for continuous improvement
• Balance strategic design with hands-on execution, moving between framework architecture and channel optimization

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in digital marketing, growth, or brand activation roles
• Proven experience managing global, multi-channel digital ecosystems
• Expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing (SEO/SEM)
• Data-driven marketer skilled in AI-enabled marketing and analytics
• Success navigating complex, matrixed organizations in B2B or life sciences
• Ability to translate marketing investments into measurable business impact

Compensation: $160,000-$195,000 base, plus eligible for bonus/incentive pay
