Business Analyst

Must haves 1+ years' of professional experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience writing/taking business requirements and building strong stakeholder relationships General experience with user stories, process maps, BRDs, UAT documentation, writing test cases, technical writing General knowledge of Jira with the ability to conduct backlog grooming, documentation/tracking, and make sense of dashboards Project coordination skills, including: setting timelines, meeting coordination, tracking progress, etc. Strong soft skills with the following: Verbal and written communication Organization Listening / curiosity / ability to ask good questions Ability to hold people or a team accountable Plusses Change management experience Confluence Zephyr Scale experience Knowledge of Gant Charts Day to day As a business analyst for Insight Global, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and dynamic. You will spend about 50% of your time learning about various business units, building rapport with stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing in Jira, and providing testing support. Building relationships will take up another 25% of your day, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation will be a crucial part of your role, occupying 15% of your time to ensure all processes and requirements are well-documented. In addition to these core activities, you will be involved in process development and improvement, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective. You will also handle regulatory and compliance duties, making sure operations adhere to relevant laws and standards. Your responsibilities will extend to areas such as unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, industrial safety and health, asset management, and facilities.
