Job Summary

Behind every great team is someone making sure they're paid accurately and on time and that's exactly where you come in. Fresh & Ready Food Group is seeking a bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our team as a critical member of our administrative group. You'll play an essential role in ensuring our team of 300+ is paid accurately and on time, every time.

This is a full-time, on-site role best suited for a diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who brings a true hospitality mentality to everything they do because taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our guests.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Office Manager with processing timecards and payroll
• Produce reports for managers to ensure punches and payroll are audited and accurate
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping data, primarily in Excel
• Make recommendations for process improvements when opportunities arise
• Provide documentation, testing, and training support to help implement process changes across the team
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous payroll assistance experience
• Bilingual strongly preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and suggest resolutions
• Payroll processing knowledge preferred
• Excel fluency
