Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to understand their unique challenges and strengths.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and family members while also providing individual therapy as required.
\n
• Specializing in a diverse array of issues, including but not limited to addiction, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring holistic support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
