I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate. My passion for insurance began after being involved in a car accident, which inspired me to learn everything I could about helping others protect what matters most. Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. I serve as Chair of the MDGLCC Women’s Empowerment Committee, am an active member of the Miami-Dade LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and our agency is proud to be an NGLCC LGBTBE Certified Business. As a Customer Service Representative with Lexi Goza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
