Payroll Processing Support Specialist

Required Skills & Experience: 3-7 years of U.S. payroll processing support experience. Experience supporting end-to-end payroll operations, including payroll audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Hands-on experience processing garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and wage withholding orders. Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Advanced proficiency in Excel for payroll reporting, data validation, reconciliations, and analysis. Experience working in a large, multinational organization preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret payroll-related documents and records accurately. Experience partnering with payroll teams, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow documented procedures and appropriately escalate payroll issues when needed.

Job Description: Process and support U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll results across multiple pay groups. Handle garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and wage withholding orders in compliance with payroll laws and regulations. Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, discrepancies, and employee inquiries. Support year-end payroll activities and assist with special projects, ad hoc requests, and operational objectives. Partner with payroll teams and stakeholders to maintain payroll accuracy and service quality. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate risks or issues as needed. Monitor payroll processes for compliance and identify potential process improvements.
