Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, vulnerabilities, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, ensuring interventions reflect their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in the treatment team, engaging in regular discussions to develop and refine client-centered treatment strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments, ensuring clients have appropriate safety plans in place when necessary.

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation that complies with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring continuity of care and fidelity to treatment goals.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, promoting skill development and support among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Trinity Care Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our client population frequently seeks help for a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other trauma-related challenges. You will be instrumental in helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing support and strategies to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
