Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and diagnosis of clients’ mental health needs.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals and circumstances.
\n
• Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Document therapy sessions and care plans in our electronic health record system to comply with legal and organizational standards.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing insights on patient progress and treatment methodologies.
\n
• Assist clients in navigating community resources and support services, promoting holistic mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. Our practice serves individuals from various backgrounds, including families, couples in distress, and children needing support. You will play an essential role in fostering a safe space for them to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW valid in Pennsylvania.

• Strong understanding of mental health care principles and therapeutic techniques; familiarity with trauma-informed care is a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

While we value a range of experiences, the ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience, ideally working with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
