Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts while building positive relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Research and reconcile unapplied cash, open receivables, offsetting transactions, and disbursement requests.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies for agents, brokers, and customers.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, agents, brokers, and customers to determine root causes of payment issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Review and approve payment arrangements and assist in resolving account disputes.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries through multiple communication channels.
• Apply training and established procedures to meet departmental performance goals and service standards.
• Consistently achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Contribute to team objectives and service-level commitments established by department leadership.
• Maintain professional and collaborative working relationships across the organization.
