We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is energized by building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Addison’s growth—prospecting new clients, expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating with recruiters to deliver exceptional staffing solutions. What You’ll Do Drive new business by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and networking events. Partner with recruiters to align top talent with client needs. Negotiate terms, close deals, and deliver results that exceed client expectations. Represent Addison Group professionally at client visits, industry events, and community networking opportunities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
