Automotive Contract Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to handle a wide range of administrative and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle contracts, managing dealer trades, handling payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end.
- Pay off trade-in vehicles as soon as funding is received.
- Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring.
- Reconcile schedules weekly and monthly to maintain clean records.
- Cancel and reconcile warranties as needed.
- Reconcile commissions and bonuses.
- Process wholesale sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience required.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks.
- Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is strongly preferred.
