Interim Deal Desk Manager 

Our client, a high-growth software company, is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to support a rapidly expanding sales organization. 

This opportunity is fully remote and has a duration of 3 months. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales teams to support deal structuring, quote generation, pricing reviews, and opportunity management activities
• Review and analyze pricing proposals to ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives
• Provide guidance on renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities to help drive revenue growth
• Assist with the creation and review of quotes, contracts, and related sales documentation
• Ensure compliance with pricing, approval, and operational processes while supporting efficient deal execution
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal-related issues and improve workflows
• Evaluate complex pricing scenarios and provide recommendations based on sound business judgment

Requirements:

• 5 years of Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related experience within a software or technology environment
• Strong understanding of pricing models, recurring revenue businesses, and commercial deal structures
• Advanced Salesforce CRM experience; CPQ experience is a plus
• Proven ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
