Accounting Manager

A growing real estate firm is looking to add an accounting professional who is ready to take on broader responsibilities and become more involved in the business's financial performance. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and finance, working closely with leadership and the asset management team across a portfolio of properties. You’ll spend time understanding how assets are performing, analyzing cash flow and projections, and helping evaluate results against expectations. The position includes a mix of responsibilities across property-level accounting, financial review, and analysis. You’ll review monthly financials, support reporting, assist with acquisitions and onboarding of new properties, and contribute to decisions that impact performance across the portfolio. There is also involvement in investor distributions and coordination with external partners on tax-related matters. Beyond the day-to-day, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your work, think critically about the numbers, and play a more active role in understanding and improving business outcomes. You’ll also have the chance to mentor and support a team. This is a strong fit for someone with a solid accounting foundation who enjoys digging into the “why” behind the numbers and wants to continue building their skill set in a more analytical and forward-looking environment.
