This position will predominantly be remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional work-life balance during regular business hours – Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate mood disorder symptoms, taking into account their severity and duration, to comprehend each client’s unique challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that consider their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals while adapting methods as needed throughout the treatment journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that therapeutic techniques are appropriate and effective for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment process.

• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting findings and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize individual patient outcomes.

• Actively engage in collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated, holistic care that best serves our clients.

Qualifications\n
