Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication, sales ability, and organizational skills to manage customer accounts, close sales, and ensure accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales experience, a strong personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Prepare and execute customer quotes in the system, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Process customer orders and generate accurate paperwork for warehouse shipping (delivery or pick-up).
• Follow established company protocols for order processing and documentation.
• Follow up on previous quotes and maintain consistent customer communication.
• Develop new customers by researching prospects online (e.g., Google, industry directories).
• Collect payments from customers (credit card or cash) with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

• 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales, retail sales, or related customer-facing role).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, follow-ups, and orders with attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Strong personality with persistence in sales and customer service.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established protocols.

• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in inside sales (2-3 years preferred).
• Willingness to learn and grow.

This role is office-based, Monday through Friday, with working hours from either 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour break. The team consists of diverse backgrounds, such as individuals from the café, competitors, and the forklift industry. The work environment is collaborative, with team members supporting each other to close deals successfully.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $21.63/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Miami,FL.
