Support students' growth and communication skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in a dynamic school environment near North Fort Myers, FL. Multiple positions are available, with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) across several campuses for the upcoming school year. Assignments will include a combination of schools to create full-time roles if desired, and you’ll have a direct impact on students’ educational journeys from now through May 2027.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Florida Department of Health SLPA license
• Recent experience providing SLPA services in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work on-site (this position does not offer remote or teletherapy options)
• Capable of managing a caseload of approximately 50-55 students
• Willingness to travel between campuses as necessary
• Successful completion of required fingerprinting and background check processes (prior fingerprinting within Florida schools may expedite this process)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Collaborate with on-site educators and therapy team to develop and implement student therapy plans
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and documentation
• Engage students across elementary and middle school age groups, tailoring interventions to meet IEP goals
• Communicate effectively with families and school staff regarding student progress
• Attend meetings and professional development as assigned
