Escrow Assistant

Escrow Assistant Pay Rate: $22.58$23.58/hr Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Location: Glendale, CA Education: High School Diploma or GED (verification required) Contract- 3+ Months Summary We are seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to support residential escrow transactions in a professional office environment. This role partners with the Escrow Officer by handling administrative tasks, preparing closing documents, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process. Responsibilities Assist with residential escrow transactions from opening through closing. Open escrow orders and enter closing statement information. Prepare closing documents and escrow packages. Process disbursements and complete post-closing follow-up. Communicate transaction requirements and updates to clients. Review and interpret escrow documents and agreements. Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures. Provide administrative support to the Escrow Officer and team. Qualifications 2+ years of escrow experience required. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with escrow or title operating systems preferred. Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
