If you're ready to turn your passion into a rewarding career, apply today and ride with the best!Accounts Payable ClerkRESPONSIBILITES:(Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned.)Posting invoices timely and acutely, ensuring expense are posted in proper period and ensure proper General Ledger codingReviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymentCommunicating with manager's information necessary for accurate and timely invoice processingReconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepanciesMonthly Credit Card Reconciliation (multiple credit cards)Work with vendors and respond to miscellaneous inquires as neededReconcile all A/P statements and process checks by the 10th of the monthProcess miscellaneous checks as neededAssist in monthly closing as requiredProvide internal support to the stores as neededQUALIFICATIONS:Prior dealership/accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Google Sheets/ExcelExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and sense of urgencyCDK DMS experience a plusPowersports experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
