Job Functions
- Work closely with retail locations to ensure accuracy of all payments received and that they are recorded properly
- Review office deposit reports and reconcile monthly totals
- Research customer account discrepancies and record corrections to the application and to the general ledger
- Coordinate with Financial Services to ensure payments are posted timely
- Monitor NSFs and chargebacks
- Open mail and distribute
- Download online deposit reports and activity
