Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, fostering a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health challenges.

• Act as a client advocate, collaboratively defining treatment goals in alignment with each individual’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state board is mandatory. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and tactical decisions for treatment planning and execution is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in telehealth technologies, will be necessary for managing appointments and documentation.
