Client Service Specialist/Account Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in financial services or account management, with the ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Manage client accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and facilitating account updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
