Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients facing major mental illnesses and emotional difficulties, in both office and community settings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual support.

• Engage with a diverse array of clients and families while embracing traditional values, beliefs, and styles unique to each individual.

• Maintain compliance with the ethical standards set forth in professional guidelines, ensuring the integrity of the counseling process.

• Provide crisis intervention services, counseling, and support for clients and families in crisis situations.

• Monitor client progress, manage treatment goals, and maintain accurate records for timely report generation.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage as assigned, helping to ensure that client care is maintained outside of normal operating hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline.

• Active LCSW licensure and registration in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, reflecting the level of experience and qualifications brought to the role.
