Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

  Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health needs using standardized tools, including the DSM-5, to develop tailored care plans.

  Monitor and document patient progress toward treatment goals continuously, providing evidence-based interventions and strategies for symptom management.

  Maintain meticulous records of patient treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical notes in accordance with regulatory requirements using electronic health record systems.

  Collaborate closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that consider the patient's goals and safety.

  Facilitate referrals to other providers as necessary, acting as a resource and liaison to ensure seamless patient care.

  Engage in educational activities, providing mentorship to interns and trainees while participating in peer review and collaborative team development efforts under supervision.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth service delivery is also advantageous, given the flexible nature of the position.
