Job Description Posted Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 5:00 AM | Expires Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 4:59 AM Contract and Pricing Coordinator Position Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to support the development, execution, and maintenance of pricing strategies across our product portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company profitability goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a data-driven environment, and can collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or sales operations Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, AS400 preferred ) Knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, or revenue management Experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. Job Responsibilities Maintain and update pricing databases, systems, and tools Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and margin analysis Monitor pricing performance and identify trends or discrepancies Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes Assist with contract pricing, bid submissions, and special pricing requests Generate pricing reports and dashboards for leadership Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies Other duties as assigned Work Environment Conditions Subjected to in this Position In office work environment. Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
