SUMMARY

This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with an S&P 500 company that is disrupting the real estate industry and building a world-class operating platform for the Seniors Housing business. The role is ideal for professionals looking to build on foundational experience and accelerate career growth. Responsibilities include supporting the Director, Capital Administration across a wide range of functions, including presentation development, operational reporting, property-level interactions, operator meetings, evaluation of technology systems and site processes, administrative and analytical support, property inspections, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level support through complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, inbox prioritization, and correspondence management.
  • Assist in preparing recurring and ad-hoc redevelopment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Gather, verify, and consolidate data from multiple sources (finance, operations, development, etc.) to support portfolio analysis and project tracking.
  • Support the creation of financial and operational performance summaries for redevelopment initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in reporting templates and analytics tools used by the Redevelopment group.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director of Capital Administration, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely communication and alignment on redevelopment priorities.
  • Manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously (selective analytical work, site review work, etc.)
  • Maintain the highest degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Requires a willingness for occasional evening/weekend flexibility in line with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

TRAVEL

Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree required, analytical degree (accounting, finance, economics, engineering, etc.) a plus.
  • 5 years work experience, post college, required.
  • Experience supporting and working closely with senior leadership.
  • Desire to learn and grow rapidly.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Can do, positive attitude embracing challenges as opportunities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and willingness and aptitude to learn other programs such as Power BI, etc.
