Our organization is in search of an Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider Supervisor (NP or PA) to oversee the daily functions of a 22-member APP team and enhance workflow and quality across various locations. Opportunity Highlights

• Take on a well-supported and highly regarded leadership role.
• Guide a stable and expanding APP team within a robust Orthopaedic Surgery department.
• Facilitate operational and patient care enhancements through effective collaboration.
• Manage daily activities for NPs and PAs in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Balance responsibilities with approximately 50% administrative and 50% clinical duties, adjusting as necessary.
• Supervise a current team of 22 APPs across multiple deployment areas and locations.
• Enhance clinic workflows, scheduling, templates, and staff coverage across various sites.
• Lead onboarding, training, performance assessments, and professional growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management and physicians to establish best-practice models for APPs.
• Utilize HR and labor contract expertise to navigate change and complex priorities.
• Follow an outpatient clinic model: 4 half-day sessions with 20-minute appointments.
• Engage in practice without operating room responsibilities.
