Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic approaches for clients.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques suited to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and challenges within family dynamics. Your role is critical in helping clients navigate their journeys towards healing and self-empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
