Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish an accurate understanding of each client’s mental health needs, leading to tailored treatment plans that are both effective and relevant.
• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques to address a range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client, facilitating the sharing of insights and strategies that improve client outcomes.
• Deliver crisis intervention support, employing your clinical expertise and empathetic approach to assist clients during acute episodes or emergencies, helping them to stabilize and regain control.
• Engage proactively in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing societal stigma related to mental health issues.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, showcasing cultural competence and sensitivity.

Preferred Experience
