Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Type: Direct Placement

Pay Rate: $32-$40 based on experience

Shift: 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete electrical and mechanical maintenance support.

• Will need to adhere to preventive maintenance schedule on all equipment.

• Will work on food grade equipment, boilers, conveyors, and other manufacturing machinery.

• Will need to be able to mechanically troubleshoot, repair and replace

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67600.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Vacation/Benefits info Given 2 weeks PTO right away, a month after hire. from 1-6 years of service you will earn a total of 144 hours. Cannot carry hours over into the next year, but can at end of year cash in up to 40 hours of PTO. 32 hours of sick leave for the year - will be prorated based on when their start date is if they get the full amount right away. Retirement with 401k match up to 3% Health insurance is eligible on 1st of the month following your date of hire. Pay is biweekly
