Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform psychotherapy sessions utilizing various modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health, considering their emotional, behavioral, and social well-being to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally appropriate, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, medical staff, and other clinicians to enhance the overall treatment experience.

• Monitor and document patient progress utilizing electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates to inform treatment strategies.

• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources.

Your work will primarily focus on serving adults and adolescents who are experiencing mental health conditions in a community health clinic setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
