Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, offering you flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home as part of our cutting-edge telehealth framework. The clinic fosters a collaborative environment where mental health professionals support one another through regular case consultations and team meetings. Your work will help enhance the quality of life for our patients while also balancing work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required for patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement various psychological modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing prevalent mental health issues and fostering community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other key stakeholders in our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services during emergencies, utilizing your clinical judgment and expertise to stabilize patients in distress.

• Educate patients about mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to empower them on their healing journeys.

• Ensure diligent maintenance of patient records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve an adult population, addressing a variety of mental health conditions through individualized treatment plans. Our clients often come to us seeking help for conditions like anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Your expertise will directly impact patients’ emotional well-being and help them achieve positive life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient skills in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills conducive to therapy and teamwork.

• Strong ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
