Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Mall Patrol related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, retail corridors, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures. Complete accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site management, and/or law enforcement as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
