Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical interventions and support to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances through virtual consultations.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to advance treatment goals and ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings for mental health and substance use issues and arrange for more detailed assessments when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring access to additional services and effective communication between clients, families, and providers.

• Carry a manageable caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy focused on the specific treatment goals of each client.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques when required to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Monitor client progress through meetings, admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, ensuring treatment plans remain relevant and effective.

• Participate in committees aimed at improving service delivery and addressing quality assurance initiatives within the organization.

• Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner, including assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
\n
• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as needed.

This role primarily focuses on individuals who are undergoing detoxification and those with substantial mental health challenges. As part of our detox center, you will work with a diverse client base, comprising individuals from various backgrounds and circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with a focus on detox or substance use disorders.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in behavioral health.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
